Escape to the hills for a serene vacation surrounded by beautiful nature. Situated in a scenic location, the hotel offers tremendous child play room, thermal sauna, and a lovely pool area with stunning views of the mountains. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with lots of closet space and new furnishings. The multi-course meals are delicious, and the friendly service from the staff is exceptional. Don't miss the opportunity to relax in the landscaped grass or walk the many paths while enjoying the beauty of the nature and hospitality.
The hotel does not offer English children's club staff.

Great for kids, horse rides, WASTL club activities, pet animals. Cozy bar, variety in breakfast, 5-course dinner, afternoon tea. Excellent spa with mountain view. Helpful and friendly staff.

The ski slopes nearby were nice, and we had some great views during our visit. The rooms were clean, and the staff gave us plenty of towels. The food at the hotel had a good variety, and the hot chocolate was amazing.
The hotel was overcrowded, and it was difficult to find a place to sit in the common areas. The staff was not very friendly, and it felt like they were tired of dealing with all the guests.

We loved the stunning location of this hotel with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Parking was easy and we also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the spa area, which was fully equipped. Additionally, the staff was always welcoming and helpful.
